Are you entirely sure that's Lego? Lego did make 'mech' sets, but not with such specialized pieces. The piece doesn't seem to look at all like something lego would make. Does it have 'Lego' printed on its studs?

The roosterpit (and the pilot) are not Lego; Lego bricks do not have a little spikey thing on the top of their studs (whereas other companies do on at least 1 stud).

Like I said before, the roosterpit (hue??) is from some random nonlego mech set bought 7 forevers ago. I also know about the spiky cut-off.
