Author Topic: Team Fortress Two Engi problem  (Read 697 times)

I have no destruction tool. Looks to be the 360 version of the Engi. Everything else plays normal.

Wow thats wierd

Just tell valve, Don't cry at us

First picture. Bottom of gui. Left trigger to demolish. Right trigger to build. B to cancel.

I've never even played TF2 for the 360.

From steam, they said it is for the 360 controller. As in this is for the right and left TRIGGER. Last I checked, I lack a trigger button on the mouse.

...What? If you're having this problem for the PC then why are you showing us 360 images?

You're confusing me.

No, you idiot, he says he has no demolish tool because his PC build tool has the loving 360 GUI.

Ah, I missed that "Of the engi" bit.

Haha that's wierd.

Go to console.

unbindall

exec config.cfg

Will unbind all your keys, then config will remap everything as it should be.

Might fix it.

tf_build_menu_controller_mode "0" in console

There is an option for controller mode (for if you are stupid enough to try playing against mouse+keyboard useres with an inferior controler) that makes your menus look like the 360 version. Try finding the chek box in the controls menu and unchecking it.
