Tryed to keep it as blocky and low-poly as possible, and to be honest, I think I did a pretty good job :/
Super high poly and doesn't look blocko.  The feet are O.K.

I would have never in a million years be able to make something like this in milkshape, yet I've done it with barely any knowledge of blender

Would anybody be willing to animate this? (the arms stay that way for customization), eg, pick up a minigun item and a rocket item that only work with the mech, they cover up dem holes

I'm still making modifications to my m4 so that it's "presentable"

The tubes are for your choice of weapon, if I ever get this ingame, I plan on making multiple items that you spawn with, and thats whats gonna cover the tubes
