Ha. There's nothing in RuneScape that looks like that (other than Karamja, but that looks totally different), so he must have modeled it.
I know, I was just saying that it is Runescape style.

Not bad, though I don't really like it either.
I dunno why.

The front end is too long isn't it?

Maybe if you put the thing that you pull-out to rooster a new bullet on the left side instead of the right, since a Blockhead holds a weapon in his right hand :3

If it was on the left it would shoot the bullet cases into his stomach.
It's supposed to be on the right.

Yeah, but the Blockhead doesn't hold weapons with his left hand, and I'm not talking about the slat that cases are ejected from I mean the thing behind it

It's anatomically correct to put the roostering handle on the right side (Otherwise the gun would be left-handed and you'd get cases in your face.). The Jaguar on top in the image below is meaty enough to not have the roostering handle in sight, whereas with the PPSH below I've been too lazy to flip it lengthways, since I model most things in Milkshape backwards by accident. I'm thinking that if the roostering handle coming back in the firing animation is smooth enough, you can get away with having it there for being pretty. You should still have it on the right side, but you can get away with it if you make it look nice.

If you can't see it it's sort of wasted polies, so you mayaswell put it where the user can see it and make it look nice, right?

I dun like it.  :/
I think it's the thingy on the top, and the main part of the barrel.

I can't exactly say what's wrong with them.

made a few edits in paint. fixed what i didn't like. :P

I like it better with out that line down there, but everything else looks a bit to simplified.

Maybe make the center of the stock hollow?
