Ya bevel rape, sue me.

If you're trying to bevel something round, don't select the edges of the rounded part to be beveled. It makes it look like the treads are supposed to have rough edges.

i was hoping to have it like the tank turret where the arm and everything moves along, also having it so you could click and play an animation where the arm sorta does a movement and knocks bricks down

Looks cute, though I have a tip for you: just model one half of the car and then mirror it. This way your car will be perfectly symmetric.

I enabled a symmetry option in Hexagon, so any changes I make to one side will be repeated on the other.
