thats due to messy mesh
im working on cleaning that
Oh, other than that its a really good model.

The smoothshaded one looks ew.
The other one is cool.

Smoothing errors galore.

The Saxton Hale is kind of ewwww.
I mean he looks a bit funny.

Too much triangulation thats why

Someone PM me the 1x1 brick (Milkshape or Blend file, doesn't matter) so I can scale this properly.

In Blender units a 1x1 brick is 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.6 units, where one unit is half the width/height/depth of the starting cube.

im afraid i put the texture on backwards, its pretty interesting to be able to get all the bricks made that easy though
