How many polys does that vent thing on the front add?

The coach body has like 5k polygons (around 4800) which is reasonable for a vehicle of this size, I think. I can still optimise a bit, if needed.

Having detail is nice, but i don't know how people will react to something that is low poly for that kind of vehicle, but then it has this detail that looks like someone spammed planes on your model, no offense, but that's just the kind of feeling i get from looking at it

The grille looks better when you are standing close to it. Also, the bars on the grille are not flat, they are triangular so when the lighting's they don't look that flat. I should probably take a closer pic.

the back window area looks strange, it looks like the chairs are poking through the "window"

I have a suggestion, since they're the very backseats, i think they should be one seat, not split into 3
