[..] a relatively common practice of Imperial Guard units cut off from supplies is to place their Lasgun power packs in open fires, although this does cause them damage, and is frowned upon.
right here

People need to learn to model for Blockland. It shouldn't have the proportions of a real gun, it should be small stumpy and toy like. Kind of like Bushidos but his is leaning on the extreme side, same goes for vehicles and other stuff.
Edit: Also, just because its lowpoly doesn't make it "Blocko".(I'm looking at you people who make those ugly ass dragons)

Dragons should look like what Jervan was working on.

I don't even play HL.

I wonder if it's possible to script a Rollermine...

Holy, that looks superb! It's like a dragon that was put together from many pieces, just like most toys with joints. Jesus, what's up with Jervan, he's going around plenty of names and I don't even know where the hell he is lately.

Also, it is indeed hard to get the blocko style right.

With a rolling animation it might be possible.

I does not necessarily even need a rolling animation. The collision would be a sphere.

Who's Jervan?

Also that model looks amazing. Is it going to go in-game?

I remember Jarvan, i just didn't see him that often when he was active

I love Blender. Hardly any effort spent and rendering took longer than making this thing.

It's a deltoidal hexecontahedron with some insets and glowy stuff.

so its a blobby soccerball with glowing indentions

No. This is a soccer ball. Notice the hexagons. Deltoidal hexecontahedron only consists of pentagons.

Also aargrhag

That could be used for some made up sport
