Did you use a reference picture make the head larger and stretch that mouth out a bit

Less talk, more lovey models

WIP dolphin-thing. I think he looks odd. What's wrong with it?

The eyes seem to be at the wrong place. Here's a bottlenose dolphin for reference.

I wanted to try out camera tracking in Blender but I could only find a crappy video. At least it was 1080p. Did all the markers and jazz, looked like it tracked nicely so I went ahead and solved camera motion. I got solve error of over 13000. For reference a solve error of under 4 is an okay track. I instantly deleted everything related to that project and went to cry in a corner.

Should my headset have a style that removes the microphone? With would be called 'Chatter Box' and without would be called 'The Silent Treatment'/'The Sound of Silence'?

Anyone want to help troubleshoot getting the TF2 models into Blender with me?  I can't find that SDK folder

The models are in 3 formats anyway, Maya, SMD and DMX, i don't know about Maya and DMX, but Milkshape 3D can import models and bones with the SMD import, Blender however, i don't think there's a plugin for either formats

If you're using the new Blender, it'll only have a .3ds and .obj import that Milkshape can export, but the model's bones don't stay apparently

I just need the models themselves to make hats, right?  I would just like the models.
