No. It's not even a leap. It's straight up flying. You need to crouch a little. Bend the knees. Push the ground away from you to jump. Look at videos of people jumping.

The handle is out-of-proportion to the wrench.

EDIT: Believe it or not, there is alot of math involved in making tools.  Wrench handles take things like torque into consideration when they are designed.
