The head band is way too wide.

It's based of the headband design of the MDR-SA5000. This is the most comfortable headband type which is why I used it. The black rods are a wire core with cushioning around them and the white is fabric mesh. SketchUp sucks with textures so I didn't bother putting the mesh texture on it.
