The blockhead's hand goes in from the side with the wires, the little copper button faces up. (Orientation shown in third screenshot.)
The black hole in the first screenshot is the muzzle point.

Just to justify what I was saying, I took these 3 pictures, like, a minute ago. You may notice the the 3 spigot thingies are not present on the 2nd one, but they are on the first and third.

No he didn't want them to be cylinders in the first place. Quit looking for trouble kiddo. Cheer up.
And the cylinders look great. Too much squareness on the original model imo.
