You should extrude the spokes back more.

And oh yeah, this is my first car ever to be done, I tried doing some cars few years before but never completed them. I really need your feedback on what to improve here!

I was gonna ask if you were sure this is the first care you've done, but then I realized you said you've had some practice with it.

Nonetheless, I think it looks great.

I have to be honest, that is an awful job smooth shading if you want this in Blockland.
You need to have some ridges, but not to many.
