This is the best example of what I meant. It just doesn't look good. I'm sure it looks a little better without P3D's stuffty triangulation, but I still don't feel like it looks very good compared to the original.

I think the setting around the headlights should be smoothshaded. Other than that, it looks great.

Heh, when I was modeling that part I though flat shaded looked better. Looking back at it, yep, better make it smoothshaded
