Author Topic: That old game of Badspot's...  (Read 17787 times)

I'll mod a chat for this, I already have the basis for adding mods to this.  I also hope to add more to this, as well as improve the chat, since I'm going to do functionality first, then improve it.

Also, as this will be a multipurpose mod latter on, I want to give it a name other then something like "chat in two guns", what do you guys think of the name holster?

Two Guns: EXTREME EDITION.

Snowy maps seem like it would go good with the game :o

Return to Two Guns!
But seriously, Two Guns: Extended Edition

I thought of Return to Two Guns too XD

Extended Edition sounds to bland...

and ??? emote too.
Don't forget the Blockland Retail gun, and the heart emote.

Heart emote is different.

Props for anyone who can make a longer map D:

Wrong you have to make a new init.cs for the gui to even show up but it still wont display text or let you type. The Playgui.cs also complains on not being able to find ChatHud object attempting to attach.

message.cs has the code for onServerMessage and things like that, which adds code to the chat hud. Obviously the chat hud will have to be created first.

Alternately, sending chat to the server could use commandtoclient([each client in server],'centerprint',%message,2); which displays it in a green box in the middle of their screen for two seconds. I used something like this when I accidentally broke chat in my Blockland server.

I could make a map if someone could help me with getting the DIF to load into mission editor. When I clock on its name in the editor it doesnt spawn like the other one does

Make sure your exporting as a legacy dif if your using constructor, or if your using map to dif make sure that it is map to dif plus.

Two Guns: Legacy :O

Those laser pointers look awesome, how do you make those?

This game is hard D:
I can't go into first person for better aim and third person aiming is tough. If these were fixed I would have quite alot more fun with this =D
