Steam hates me

I've had enough.
gMod takes five minutes to "Sending client information"
So does TF2
If anyone talks to me via steam while its loading/creating a server, it crashes
My servers randomly crash when someone joins
my game randomly crashes on both

I'm sick of this. I paid $10 bucks for each of these and they barely work.

I'd do a virus scan just in case. You can never be too sure.

No virus. I'm now cleaning out my computer in every possible way, hoping to find some program that's interfering with steam.

Wow, defraggler tells me I have 26% fragmentation. Wow.

Nah, I just have some beta issued CPU. I also have a quantom CPU, but the scientists told me not to plug that in yet, they don't know what'll happen :(
