I always keep it as still as possible.
I hate the prickly feeling :(

If it happens repeatedly in the leg its RLS, Restless Leg Syndrome.

It only happens to me when my legs or arms fall asleep.

The best thing to do is get your blood rushing so it goes away faster, I used to have this problem at night because I don't wake up when I feel pain, 12 hours of cut off circulation causes my arm to go dead for the next half of the day.

Yeah, I hate that feeling.

man, I remember one morning when I woke up, both my legs were asleep and I tried to get out of my bed and fell flat on my face. I really laughed after that.
