It gets really, REALLY repetitive and half of the stuff that was shown in the old E3 demonstration video that was awesome by the way, was taken out of the final game and covered up by all this cute and cuddly animal stuff.
Too true. When I saw the gameplay video, you could even change the skeletal structure of your organism, you could go underwater, and a bunch of things like that. When they released the game, they really dumbed it down a bunch. I even read somewhere that the new team wanted to add sneakers for the animals. I would probably still think it was fun if they didn't change it just to impress 10 year olds. The other depressing thing is the space age, you just fly around and shoot stuff. It would be cooler if you commanded a fleet. A last thing to whine about is the fact that there is no multiplayer. That just kinda sucks to not have multiplayer. Other than that, in the first week or so that I had it it was great!
