Author Topic: New Weapon: Grenade Launcher  (Read 20356 times)

I like Bushido's models, I just never use his weapons/vehicles. Weapons = Too overpowered, EG. Mini-Nuke, with all of Bushido's weapons you just launch it in a building and boom, everyone and the building is dead. Vehicles = They are too hard to control, EG. Fierbird and Missile, they don't go they way you want it and the missile has the same overpower as a mini-nuke, the Fierbird needs amazing ridiculous skills to actually do stuff with it. The models look epic, the actually power and type of gun is too OP.
And yes, the bee joke is getting old. -_-

should of took my sticky grenade launcher script and fixed it up and changed the model good job though.

it's not "forced"

i introduced it, ran with it, and now it's a little reoccuring gag

what's the problem, do you have a bee phobia or something?
He's afraid of bees.

Also, there should be a "BEE LAZOR CANNON-54"

No bees?

    A bit late, are we?
Not to mention a double-post. Get the forget out.

    Very nice model!

I hope that was a hideous attempt at sarcasm.

I agree. Stop with the bee bullstuff.

    Kekekekeke

    "Who needs rockets?"

    "Grenades are NOW"

Also, for this and your other weapons, they shouldn't need to reload every time you use them. Make them reload on use if you interrupt the reload sequence by putting it away after firing. For instance, if I want to use the Lupara, I can't just run out of cover, fire my other stun-gun weapon (hint) to keep them in place and then start unloading my shots into them because it suddenly starts reloading when I already did that ages ago. Also, it should automatically start to reload if you fire one or two shots out of the six (or one out of two) and then stop for a second, so you can be prepared for next combat. You could be able to click at any time during the reload to fire the other shots, though, if attacked. I like the idea of having reloading weapons for balance, but the current problem makes them hard to use effectively.
    Please?

sure, slap together the code for it

it sounds like a good idea, but how the hell am i supposed to do it

By developing your coding skills instead of pumping out over-powered weapons?

I agree with space on reloading. Make a custom script that applies a variable to a player every time he shoots. When the variable gets to a certain amount, the weapon must be reloaded. However weapons with radius damage like the demogun DOES need some type of cooldown between when you equip it and when you fire. In other words, Keep modding, but dont be afraid to be innovative.

Despite the other opinions of the other modders there s MUCH that hasent been done. The problem is that it takes time.
