Author Topic: Team Deathmatch for v11 Teaser (Read 8017 times)

I have a question. This may have been discussed in a previous page, but i'm too lazy to read all them. When someone joins a server is it going to say "This server has TDM, Type /join team", like it used to?

If you look in the second image you can see that it has a box on the side. I'm pretty sure this is the rules box and you can modify what it messages the player when they join.

That is not what i'm talking about; The past version of TDM when ever a player would spawn it would give them a 'lil message telling them that the server had TDM, whether or not you were actually playing a DM.

Yeah, and what I'm saying is that you can tell them in that message how to join teams. But I'm sure the message is still there anyway.

I can't wait for this mod.

I was on Space Guy's server when he tested it, and it was one of the best times I've had on Blockland.

Plus, I'm making a full fledged Kitchen TDM build, kinda based off the build that Space Guy had on his server (which was just on the countertop), this one will be across the entire kitchen. Teleports FTW!

Space Guy, I'm very curious how you coded that when a player dies, his timescale goes to 0.5 and then catches up with the rest of the server. Is that part of the TDM mod, or is it something else?

And please keep working on this, it'll be a milestone for the community now that minigame plus plus is broken. All the stuff you come out with is amazing, this will really be great.

That sounds EPIC!

I also have a few questions:

How do you choose who will be team leader, and how will you set which spawn bricks spawn which team?
Will it use team spawn bricks? (team 1 spawn brick, team 2 spawn brick, etc)

Clientsided timescale.
