I thought it was fine, but I don't know what the Spartan Laser is like. I've never played Halo 3.

Balance isn't just about the weapon itself. A build or server mod has much to do with it aswell.

it takes 10 shots to kill a jeep and like 12+ to kill a tank. i think it should be a fraction of that, like 2-3 for a jeep and 3-4 for a tank.
