You just unzip it, take the unzipped folder, and put it in Addons... Its simple.

The reason you need to decompress it is Seventh is compressing the folder. Tutorial for seventh or any mac users:
Open up the file so you see server.cs ect
Hi-light everything by click the bottom file, holding shift, and clicking the top; rightclick and compress. There will then be an archive.zip; change that to Hat_Briefcase or whatever, and release. No need to extract now.
