suggest me some free offline games to play/download

i have to shut off my internet during the day...from about 8AM to about 5PM...so i am trying to find a game or two to play while offline...any ideas?

Open Arena is free and has offline bots..might take some tinkering to get the q3a mods working on it thought...play using Lego Carnage Mod it works...>_>
