Author Topic: Just bought Eve Online  (Read 2933 times)

Completely spontaneously. I know nothing of the game besides that you are in space and you do economic stuffs. Any tips, info etc I should know? Installing now btw.

Tell me if it's good. I downloaded eve demo on steam and it doesn't work. So i just might buy it.

Supposedly the most complex MMO ever created.

You know its a monthly fee right :x

Perhaps he bought year subscription. :o

I like it because you can play extremely casually and still keep up.

I gots a 60-day playcard thingy.

its simliar yet vastly better than Freelancer. (I played it before it went retail (beta) where it was still free)

Argh. Download and updates are taking forever! D:<

Eve online was the most confusing stuff I have played, and the UI is all windows based, small print and it reminded me of vista. I played WoW for a few years and this was a huge change, seems cool, but super learning curve.

Oh god what have you done

The best description I ever heard of Eve Online:

"It's that spreadsheet game."

Hope you like spending hours mining, and being bored.

If you have played wow...
Its about 10x harder and more complex than wow.
Which is why i don't play EVE anymore.
