When i was a kid... the only thing that freaked me out is... Perfect Dark Sa'kaar aliens :P and i cant find a pic, when i found it ill post it :P

And the faces trough doors or walls in Goldeneye freaked me out too XD

The Aliens in PD64 forgeted! especially when they took over the center along with the agents.

Excella in RE5. It was plain weird how she ate the dead bodies....

But on the bright side, she had big boobs

Scared the stuff out of me when I first went up against her, it's Screaming Mantis from MGS4.

Yeah, but I'd say that the most disturbing was Crying Wolf or whatever her name is.

That and The Sorrow from MGS3; his fight scared the stuff out of me, and was just absolutely creepy throughout the entire thing, with all the ghosts attacking you.

Every boss from LoZ:OoT. Everything scared the hell out of me when I was young.

Oh yeah, you can never forget him. He really was freaky in MGS3.

Double Toast

Crying Wolf isn't a machine, there's a person inside there, if I remember correctly.

But, all the bosses from the B&B Unit were people inside machines.

Daedalus, from R2. He looks creepy as stuff. And the way and things he says are kind-of disturbing
