ATM Ive been waiting with no symptoms. Ive waited long enough to be able to buy all three tiers. Now when I reach 24 points Im buying Heart Failure, which is unnoticeable but deadly. From there Im working on immunity, then transportation

I got everyone infected (Except Madagascar), then built up immunity to IV. Then the govs started to close everything, so I bought all of Tier I and three things from Tier II, killed everyone >:P. (Except Madagascar)...
