The game is freakin' awesome. It has a perk system that works like Call of Duty 4, where you rank up to get both weapon and non-weapon bonuses. You pick from 5 outrageous planes, each with unique characteristics, and 3 different perks for each plane.
It includes a FFA mode, with everyone against everyone, and a TBD (team base defense) where there is one or more "Big Bomb" powerups that can damage the other team's base.
The balance is impeccable, the online community friendly, and the game is really newbie friendly as well.
The demo provides access to the first two planes (loopy and bomber) and their first three perks, with the full game costing $20.
