If you move at all, cloak becomes undone. Stationary stabbers. It's pretty balanced, because if you try to avoid a spycheck you still get killed. It'd be good for ambushes or standing near dispensers though. I imagine there will be a tell for the Dead Ringer.

Dead Ringer's usefullness depends on if you get a fake kill icon. Otherwise, a simple ragdoll falling to the ground is pointless.

LArge servers with many kills, but the colored ones relating to you stay bit, so not good idea.
