can all be taken away, changed, given to someone else by the admin's, deleted and banned. as you dont own em.

just as badspot can "OWN" any addon anyone makes for blockland. claim them as his own and not allow the creators any rights to them.
even screenshots of nearly every game arent technically yours always. depends on the game.

many fansites of mmo's have been shutdown before because people were not using the ingame screenshot taker that issues the watermark, and the companies sets complaints to your host.

This is like saying "I can take this guys rented car and use it for another week, because it's the car company's, not his." Even stealing somebody's build, idea and events is legally acceptable, Rocketttdog isn't trying to sue him. However "legal" it might be, it isn't socially acceptable to steal or "use" somebody's build and claim it as yours, and face it, 99% of drama topics are about people who have done something socially wrong. He hosted his build for other people to enjoy and play in, not "use". As a URPB leader, I can take any clan-related action I choose to because I protect the "borrowed property" of my members. I am not trying to intimidate him, I just do not want him in my clan. Ever. To be completely honest, I don't care if you think my clan is noob, there are over 16 people who think it isn't, plus more who have not joined. As for my server, I host RPGs occasionally, and I do not want anyone "using" my RPG, however legal it is.

Badspot could claim any addon as his own, true, but he doesn't because he respects the members of his game and because he would likely be one addon-maker short.

It only shows that Konami is an incapable and jealous person.

And yet AGAIN, someone on here misses the point of a "my build got stolen" topic and proceeds to blast everyone for an arbitrary standard that everyone is expected to hold to on paper but is ignored in real life.

Here, I'll try to have you all understand this:

His main point was not that the guy was using his build, but that he was claiming it was his!

Even if the guy was just using it, the logic that "oh you build in badspot's game it's his builds ya" doesn't apply anywhere in real life.  Even if Badspot took that to the fullest and claimed every build as his own, that doesn't mean that EVERYONE owns your build, but just you and Badspot!

This SAME THING happened to me when Sonic stole my TDM build and put it on Sniper's server.  Sonic claimed that he made it, but when I confronted Sniper he told me "why should i give credit for a crap build?" and "it's not really yours it's badspots".  The whole IDEA that badspot owning everyone's builds means that everything is free game for everyone is stupid, idiotic, and does not fit with reality.

You know what, bisjac?  You can only say "Badspot CAN own" "Badspot CAN take away the rights to your stuff" becuase that's right, he only CAN, and hasn't so far as I know.

With your logic, it's like "Valve owns my Counter-Strike stats, therefore it's okay for the next guy to steal them and deny me use of them, even though I've worked hard for them and they are my own."

It's absolutely idiotic that hard work can be stolen by anyone just because you made it in someone else's software.

The reason why I am so fired up about this is because of the crap I had to go through when my build got stolen.  Oh gee, I got robbed and I'M THE BAD GUY?
