After the first section, pick it back up and start on the next one.

I built a roller coaster once,
It went all the way from my house to the exit, and it went underground.
I tested it on a chicken who was on my mine track when it went down, and he got stuck in the minecart

Also, iron is in my minecart chest. Well, the remaining atleast.
