On Heal's. Neither of the two dungeons I've found had feathers in it and no one else seems to have come across any, so I'm still looking to buy some to make some leet but useless arrows. (Aml came across 8 string and sold me one to complete my trio so now we both have bows :D)

I don't see why Heal doesn't modify one of the multiple mods that prohibit the creation of certain items.
