I usually find ores and coal in bunches like that too, but being that it's diamond is pretty cool, but you already have some items made of diamonds, so what further use do you have? Diamond blocks? Maybe MORE diamond pickaxes/axes/shovels?
I work through diamond tools. It's always nice to have plenty of extra diamonds.
Also it may be cheating but I have the 10x ore mod, so even one diamond gives me plenty. I think with this vein and what I already have I have about 120 diamonds in storage.
