Snow should include hypothermia and maybe frostbite for Easy and up so prolong exposure will kill you

And maybe rain would include it too but it would take a lot longer for it to happen

Oh, and when it's snowing any water in the region should give you nearly instant hypothermia

Holy stuff, that lightning effect is just awesome. Notch should also add lightning sounds to that stuff.
