you have to click on another program to use it anyways.
i rather watch for it to flash in my task bar then need it on screen at all times.

any active app on this computer is full screen because that's just the way computers work.
its only an illusion that you multitask things at 100% each. because allocated memory does not work that way.
put less important things in the back till its needed.
