He says "we told them we would drop the scrolls name, but they refused"
that isn't true. he told them he would change the name to "Scrolls: -subtitle here-" which would loving defeat the purpose and only cause more confusion.

Both parties seem really stupid in the confrontation. Mojang because Notch (pretty much their representative) is tweeting unproffesional bullstuff every time he gets new info on the court case. "lol wel i got sum fancy pants letters from betheedar's lawyers about how were being sued XD" Seriously, he's acting as if an enormous corporation suing his six-man company is some kind of joke. Bethesda, on the other hand, is suing over a relatively small issue, which is dumb.

No, this is actually a pretty big issue since Bethesda's lawyers are suing Notch over the fact that notch can sue them once he trademarks the word "Scrolls".

Using the name would be fine, which is what Notch should have done.
Trademarking the word for the use of any form of media, is a jew move is and which is what Notch is currently doing.
