Minecraft hates me. :<

When I try to log in, its like "herp nope can't connect to minecraft.net," yet I can connect to the website perfectly fine, and can log in and play the in-browser version.
What do

Also I won't just play the browser version because I want mods and stuffs the convenience of the downloaded version thing.

And yes I have re-installed it more than once just to see if that'd work, which it didn't.
