so i was walking around in my brand new village i found ready to rebuild it (it looked like stuff) when all the sudden im flying and nocliping through blocks! i deleted the world to go to another... Same thing! (all on Survival!)

Probably. The Wiki says Enderdragons can't break End Stone and Obsidian. Makes sense, it'd be terrible destruction to the landscape.
