I really want some sort of cellshading mod. There hasn't been an updated one in a long time. Hopefully someone will work on it now that Minecraft is more stable in terms of updates.

The guy is apparently working on updating GLSL, as well as making it compatible with the Water Shader mod. GLSL is used in The Legend of Hobo, looks beautiful. Explains why when I try to join the official Legend of Hobo server, I get Outdated Server warning - They must be running like 1.8.1 or something to keep mods like this running. (I read there's some usermade updates for GLSL).
