Well, the player is duncan, and he is playing tekkit, he recently found out his friend sjin on the server was pumping material out of duncan's base, so duncan destroyed sjin's house and set up some defences for sjin next time, it was sjin using mobdisguise to spy on him while he made the coils

We don't know it was Sjin - There's others on the server. Besides that, he keeps teleporting to the same spot... Also, whoever set up that quarry thing which turned out to be a sand placer succeeded in filling his house with sand - You see some left over under Duncan's floor.
