This forum has a lack of stupid bullstuff like signatures on posts or massive/tiny avatars. The buttons are simple and there aren't a ton of generic smily face gifs.

signatures themselves aren't that terrible but one forum i go on has multiple people with like 3 full size pictures in their signature and it's annoying, i wound up just adblocking them because not a lot of people had them
but on a really active forum like this if everyone had giant signatures it'd just be obnoxious

That's why any halfway decent forum either disables sigs, or has a very strict size limit.

Minecraft forums do this stupid thing where they add a scroll bar, which forget up your scrolling if your cursor touches their sig.
