Wait, if a bat rides a minecart and you hit the minecart, the bat escapes and flies around. Maybe a minigame where you have zombies riding bats, and you have to get them out of minecarts so they will fly near villagers and push them into holes? Or cats on bats, and creepers into holes?

people put Minecarts/Boats on bats and have Bow and Arrow battles.

I don't like when people attack others without pretense in the game. As a nerd, Minecraft is the most effort you've put into anything in your life, and even if that doesn't relate to you, you should have some respect. In any case, it's being an ass to do that at random.

But yes, just a videogame. You can crash servers, destroy all the blocks, etc. Whatever.
