Not everything. For example, you don't start with armor. Or a furnace. Or several tools.
You don't start with any metal. Or a toolkit thingie.

I don't see anything wrong with my settings...

You may or may not have a dmz up and running which may be stopping it, either that or you are simply unable to host. Either those, or you are doing it wrong.

Infdev is like an alpha of an alpha, I think it's fine with endgame tools.
