When you die in Indev, the game was over. When you die in Infdev, it just loads a previous state.

But none of the other chunks of land revert, but maybe they're supposed to

Also, I started a new game and died several times due to a massive mob attack. It didn't revert and all the creeper craters and mobs were still there every time I respawned.

I found an underground river/waterfall
That's on top of a huge vein of coal.
If I try to get the coal, it'll flow with the river and falldown a deep chasam.

Idiot, use the waterfall as an elevator. Thats how I roll with water and shtuff.
