Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it

I came back to my base after dying and reequiped myself and harvested some crops and went mining.

I found quite a lot of gold and I am wondering what to do with it.


Any suggestions?

Make it into blocks and make a throne of gold!

I found a dungeon. I want a saddle. Time to upgrade my gear.

Actually Edit: It isn't a dungeon but like 4 or 5 canyons. They are filled with freaking ore.

My Radeon X1950 was a piss because it didn't have a cooler on it.
Now I've found a cave and am venturing further into it.
Found lots of coal and some packs of iron.

Caves are dangerous. You will probably accidentally fall to your death or get eaten by a spider.

Also, this might seem off topic but it's obvious you are 11 years old. So go ahead and change your age from N/A to 11.

I'm playing on easy.
And currently got 2 deaths.
1. Got squashed by a picse o gravel.
2. Burned in lava.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but a very nice way of finding deep underground caves with little effort is to set the game to hard, gather up a stuffload of pickaxes and torches, then go out wherever you want to dig then just dig straight down. After you've gone down a bit tap F really fast to change the view distance, and look around the skybox (better to do this at day so it's easier to see) and look for dark figures (monsters). Once you see an area with tons of monsters in it, dig towards it and then once you're close to it change the difficulty to peaceful (unless you want to fight the stuffloads of monsters) and just dig into the cave. Been doing this for a while and it works well.

This is the greatest advice ever created. I found a dungeon in 2 minutes using this filled with tons of loot.
