How do I use skin packs?

Go to your minecraft natives folder with the .zip file open for the skin pack
If that doesn't work, use "Run" and put that in with the user's name, as the file might be hidden. Right-Click the minecraft.jar file and open with the WinRAR, drag the files from the texture pack file to the minecraft.jar file you should get. Then, if it is done right you should see your new skins in game.
