1. Build a waypoint and teleporter on Empyrean Mts so they dont connect to eachother
2. /home and find the teleporter I built to the Beach dungeon (hopefully no one destroyed it)
3. Find my ad-hoc staircase on the side of dungeon
4. Follow Joltarn's "this way, cigarette" sign
5. ???
6. Celestial Wastelands.
7. Build another waypoint-and-teleport so they connect to Empyrean Mt.
