Asdf, when ever I host it says "Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?" every now and again and the server lags to the point of Minecraft freezing. How do I fix it?

Exactly what he did to me besides the TNT part. He kept following me and I told him to go away. I fell in a cave and he starts blocking of the entrance so I kicked him.

that's a bad program then! upgrade it to freeze the computer instead of dipping it in lava! or ban those lava greifers...
