It was a game mode where you would be attacked by monsters (i.e, "sieged") after you built your base. It was actually rather basic and was planned around the time Survival Test was out.

I think that the "watch" should look just like the compass but instead of the needle, it should have a crystal that would show how bright it is outside. It would go from glowing yellow to dark blue as the day goes by.
