I am starting to hate biomes and the halloween update

1. Leaves do not fall when not supported by Tree trunk blocks
2. Player always spawns on sand. Making the likely chance to spawn in a tacky desert great.
3. Snow in snow climates does not respawn when broken.
4. Armor is defective, thus wearing armor is like wearing no armor.
5. On peaceful mode, the player deals the same amount of damage on Easy/Normal mode.
6. Ghasts are big fat meanies. :c

Game is in alpha stages. What do you expect other then features not working properly and things breaking here and there.

Did Notch change the way that mobs spawn?

When I first played Minecraft, the mobs would spawn in organized waves

First night, it was zombies

Second night, skeletons

Third night, spiders

Fourth night, creepers
