I went back to MinecraftWiki to see if there was any new Map editors out, and apparently I found this under NBT Forge:

A successor to Omen that supports the newer Alpha levels. Like Omen, you can view 2d slices and paint blocks using a different set of brushes. Added new Blocks of Hallowen Update.
